Inside Sales Associate

Job Responsibilities

  • Outbound calling and follow-up on new trial registrations
  • Nurture trial opportunities through the process from sign-up to close
  • Build lists and prospect for new opportunities in vertical markets
  • Maintain accurate information in sales/marketing CRM system
  • Provide customer feedback to Marketing and Product Management

Requirements

  • College degree preferred
  • 1-2 years previous sales experience
  • Well organized with the ability to multi-task
  • Superior interpersonal skills to effectively manage relationships with customers and co-workers
