USPS first class takes 3-4 days from the West Coast, 1 day from the East Coast. You can also choose to send bills via Fedex, DHL, UPS or USPS priority mail for faster delivery to Shoeboxed.com. Once your bills arrive, they will be scanned and appear in your inbox in 1-2 days.

If I use Shoeboxed.com can I also email, fax, or upload bills to Bill.com?

Yes, you can still send bills to Bill.com using fax, email, or upload.

Does the introductory offer include postage-paid envelopes?

When you set up your Shoeboxed.com account you specify an email address for notifications. You will be notified when your envelope arrives and when it is scanned.

What happens to multiple-page, 2-sided, or stapled bills?

Shoeboxed.com will scan multiple page and 2-sided bills. It is preferable to paperclip bills rather than staple them. If bill pages are separated during scanning, they can be re-combined in Shoeboxed.com or in Bill.com.

Can I use Shoeboxed.com to scan other documents?

Yes! You are signing up for a Shoeboxed.com account that is fully functional and can be used to manage business cards, expense receipts and other documents. Have a stack of business cards and receipts on your desk? No problem. You can access your Shoeboxed.com account directly to access those documents.

By default scanned documents are sent back to you. However there is an option you can set in your Shoeboxed preferences to have them shredded.

Yes! All of your documents remain in Shoeboxed.com. Bills will be clearly marked with a "type" of "bill" to signify that it was sent to Bill.com.

Shoeboxed.com is a separate service from Bill.com and Bill.com personnel have no access to your Shoeboxed.com account or insight into process status before your bills arrive in your Bill.com Inbox.
