At Bill.com, Miguel is responsible for leading the Customer Success team, ensuring that customers get the most out of Bill.com solutions. Prior to joining Bill.com, he was SVP of Client Services at Yotpo, a content marketing company, where he assisted SMBs and enterprise companies around the world. Miguel also held various leadership roles at GoDaddy.com, where he drove high levels of customer satisfaction, and at Bank of America where he oversaw marketing throughout 480 banking centers in Arizona, Nevada and Southern California.
He has an M.B.A. in marketing and finance from the University of Arizona and a B.S. in industrial engineering from Tecnológico de Monterrey in Mexico.
