Miguel Lopez, SVP of Customer Success at Bill.com, is a skilled operations leader with a proven track record of scaling rapid-growth organizations, and building teams that delight customers and maximize productivity.
At Bill.com, Miguel will be responsible for leading the Customer Success team ensuring that customers get the most out of Bill.com solutions. Prior to joining Bill.com, Miguel was SVP of Client Services at Yotpo, a content marketing company, where he assisted SMBs and enterprise companies around the world. He also held various leadership roles at GoDaddy.com, where he drove high levels of customer satisfaction, and at Bank of America where he oversaw marketing efforts throughout 480 banking centers in Arizona, Nevada and Southern California.
Miguel has an MBA in Marketing and Finance from the University of Arizona and a BS in Industrial Engineering from Tecnológico de Monterrey in Mexico.
