Bill.com Earns New NACHA Certified Designation for Third Party Senders

Today we’re proud to announce Bill.com is one of the first companies to become a NACHA Certified Third Party Sender. This accreditation further establishes our role as the leader in digital business payments and demonstrates that we are meeting NACHA standards for high-quality ACH payment processing, including corporate governance and risk and compliance obligations.

More than just a seal of approval, this certification comes with some important messages for our customers and industry partners.

What does this mean for our customers?

We hope NACHA certification builds trust and confidence in Bill.com which is particularly meaningful for the three million members who use Bill.com to automate and simplify their payment processes, and on whose behalf Bill.com moves more than $60 billion annually. An efficient and trusted customer experience has always been Bill.com’s priority, and the NACHA certification amplifies this.

What does this mean for the payments industry?

Financial institutions, including banks and credit unions, recognize and respect the NACHA Third Party Sender certification. Being NACHA Certified showcases that we practice sound risk management and are vetted, validated and valued. This means our partners can be confident that we are meeting the same high standards they practice when performing electronic payment processing.

Colleen is Vice President of Strategic Partners, and has been instrumental in helping bank partners grow their business payment services as well as guiding several Bill.com platform initiatives with her deep knowledge in the payments industry. Prior to this role, she was head of Payments, Compliance and Risk, where she was responsible for operations, risk strategy and policy, and processing bank relationships. Lindow has spent her entire career entrenched in the payments world, with more than 25 years of experience in product management, sales, risk management, and operations both in the U.S. and Europe. Prior to Bill.com, Colleen held leadership positions with PayPal, eBay, Square, Visa, and Bank of New York Mellon. Colleen earned her MBA from the University of San Francisco and her undergraduate degree in English from Westminster College. She is a permanently certified cash manager (CCM) and has earned the certified anti-money laundering specialist (CAMS) credential. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, running, drinking good wine and hanging out with her rescue dog, Holly.
