Taking your vacation time sends a message to employees that you understand they have lives, purposes, and interests outside of the company and its day-to-day operations. Plus, you’ll benefit from a better work-life balance as well. When you take a proper vacation you'll be refreshed and relaxed, allowing yourself to come back to work with heightened focus and a better perspective.

Now, we’re not crazy. As a business owner, it would be fairly impossible for you to completely disconnect while you’re out of the office.
