Bill.com Report: Banking on Relationships
The landscape of business banking is rapidly shifting. What are banks focusing on now to meet these changing needs?
As small and medium business (SMB) owners spend less time in their local branch and more time managing their finances online, banks must find a way to cement and deepen long-term relationships with these valuable customers.
In this special survey report conducted with American Banker, we get a detailed look at the state of SMB banking relationships through the eyes of over 200 corporate banking leaders.
The results were revealing:
- 91% of banking leaders say that new technology is changing the way they engage with their customers
- 44% of banking leaders plan to make mobile technology their focus over the next 24 months
- 48% of banking leaders consider third-party companies in the fintech space a competitive threat
