If your vendor is set up using ACH payment, they will typically receive the funds within 1 business day.
Are there any fees associated with BILL balance?
BILL charges no additional fees of any kind for making payments with BILL balance or funding it with same-day incoming wire transfers. Please keep in mind that your bank may charge additional wire fees.
Does my BILL balance earn interest?
At this time, your BILL balance does not earn interest. However, we are exploring ways to offer an interest-bearing balance in the future.
Are there any FDIC insurance protections for my BILL balance funds?
Bill.com maintains BILL balance funds in a deposit account maintained by Bill.com, LLC for the benefit of BILL balance customers at JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. (JPMorgan), member FDIC. Bill.com, LLC is not an FDIC-insured depository institution. Should JPMorgan enter FDIC receivership, the account will be eligible for FDIC pass-through insurance up to the applicable limit, subject to certain conditions and at the FDIC’s sole discretion.
