Promotion. Participants who sign up for BILL Accounts Payable on an annual contract and add a linked entity, e.g. legally recognized but distinct subsidiary, chapter, office, or other business location from the parent company, are eligible to receive a $100 Visa gift card (“Gift Card”) for each entity, up to 6 entities or $600.

Promotion Period. The Promotion begins on March 1st, 2026 at 12am PST and ends on December 31st, 2026 at 11:59pm PST (the “Promotion Period”).Demo requests must be submitted during the Promotion Period; however, to qualify for the Gift Card Promotion you must become a BILL Accounts Payable customer by December 1, 2026 at 11:59 pm PST and add all eligible entities within sixty (60) calendar days of signing up as a customer, even if that sixty (60)‑day period extends beyond the end of the Promotion Period.

Promotion Eligibility. The Promotion is open to individuals who a) are legal residents of the United States (excluding Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and other commonwealths, territories and possessions), b) are at least 18 years of age, c) are not currently BILL Accounts Payable subscribers, partners, or account holders, d) submit a Demo request on the dedicated promotion landing page www.bill.com/cp/multi-entity during the Promotion Period or or during the Promotion Period respond to a BILL sales representative to request a demo for this Promotion, e) become a BILL Accounts Payable customer by December 1st, 2026 at 11:59pm PST, and f) add all eligible entities [minimum 1, maximum 6 to qualify for the full Promotion value $600] to their BILL account within the first 60 calendar days of signing up as a customer. Additional entities without limit can be added at any time, but will not be eligible for the Promotion.

You will receive a $100 Visa e-gift card for each entity you add (capped at $600), by email within 60 calendar days of becoming a BILL Accounts Payable customer and adding your first entity. BILL, in its sole discretion, tracks and determines who has become a customer and whether an entity has been added. The Gift Card will be sent to the email address you provided in the Form or to the BILL representative to schedule the Demo. The Gift Card will be administered via email through Postal. Failure to provide a valid email address could disqualify you from requesting a Gift Card. No more than $600 in gift cards will be provided to each eligible person AND no more than one person from each organization may be eligible for this Promo during the period of this offer. An individual is only eligible for ONE promotional offer, even if he or she may have participated in multiple campaigns. BILL will, in its sole discretion, determine when an organization has received a Gift Card and determine which individual from an organization has qualified to receive a Gift Card from an organization based on which individual completes the eligibility criteria first.

The Gift Card is void where prohibited by law and is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. BILL reserves the right to ask for additional information at any time for purposes of determining eligibility or fraud prevention.

No substitution or transfer of Gift Cards is permitted, except at the sole discretion of BILL. If any portion of a Gift is unavailable, BILL reserves the right to substitute that portion of a Gift with a gift of equal or greater value. This offer is valid only during the Promotion Period, while supplies last.

Each Gift Card recipient will be responsible for paying all costs and expenses related to the use of a Gift Card including, but not limited to, applicable federal, state or local taxes, and any expenses that might reasonably be incurred by the Gift Card recipient in receiving or using the Gift Card. Each Gift Card will be sent "AS IS" and WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, express or implied (including, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose). You agree that BILL’s decisions related to the Promotion and all distribution of Gift Cards are final. Any Gift Card not claimed under these Terms & Conditions may be deemed, in BILL’s sole discretion, to be forfeited and returned to BILL. If an individual has already received $600 or more in gift card offers from BILL in a calendar year,(including any amounts received under this Promotion) that individual would not be eligible to receive another gift card during that calendar year. Receiving more than $600 in gift cards from BILL in a year may also subject the individual to filling out a 1099-MISC form.Please consult a tax professional to discuss your particular situation.

Information Submitted. You agree that you will answer the Form questions truthfully and completely. By requesting the Demo on our landing page, you grant BILL and its affiliates license to use your name and Form responses in a public Gift Card recipient list, except where prohibited by law. BILL may be required to disclose the information about each Gift Card recipient to state regulatory authorities. You agree that BILL may send marketing emails to the email address provided.
