Allowed and Encouraged Uses of AI
Resume Refinement: Collaborate with AI to improve the language, formatting, and clarity of your application materials. Ensure the final content accurately and fully reflects your own experience.
Interview Preparation: Utilize AI for practicing common behavioral or technical questions, running mock interview simulations, or getting feedback on your presentation style.
Company Research: Gather information about BILL's business, values, and product strategy to ask informed questions during your interviews.
Prohibited Use and Policy Violation
During the selection process, which includes all live interviews (recruiter screen, hiring manager, virtual/on-site team) and assessment rounds (e.g., whiteboarding, coding session, take-home assessment, systems design), the use of any unapproved external assistance is strictly prohibited. This includes the utilization of generative AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or other LLMs) and other unapproved external help (including, but not limited to receiving real-time answers, code, or solutions from another person or unauthorized source.)
Any circumstance in which the use of generative AI is permitted will be explicitly communicated during your interview process. If you require reasonable accommodations to participate in the interview process, please let your recruiter know.
Violation of this policy will result in a review and potential disqualification of your candidacy at BILL.
