BILL Demo Gift Card Terms & Conditions
Promotion. Participants who view a 30-minute live BILL demo in its entirety or attend a meeting hosted by a BILL representative in its entirety (collectively, a “Demo”) are eligible to receive one $100 Amazon e-gift card. (the “Promotion”).
Promotion Period. The Promotion begins on January 22nd, 2024 at 11:59 pm PST and ends on December 31st, 2026 at 11:59 pm PST (the “Promotion Period”).
Promotion Eligibility. The Promotion is open to individuals who a) are legal residents of the United States (excluding Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and other commonwealths, territories and possessions), b) are at least 18 years of age, c) are not currently subscribers, partners, or account holders, and d) submit a Demo request that is received by BILL during the Promotion Period, and e) attend a Demo before December 31st, 2026 at 11:59 pm PST.
How to Request a Demo. Complete a Demo request form (“Form”), available at https:www.bill.com/midmarketdemo. Alternatively, a BILL representative may contact you requesting that you attend a Demo. If so, notify the representative that you will attend the Demo.
Gift Card. You will receive a $100 Amazon e-gift card. (“Gift Card”) by email after you complete the Demo. BILL, in its sole discretion, tracks and determines who has completed the Demo and when they have completed the Demo. The Gift Card will be sent to the email address you provided in the Form or to the BILL representative to schedule the Demo. Failure to provide a valid email address could disqualify you from requesting a Gift Card. No more than one Gift will be provided to each eligible person AND no more than one person from each organization may receive the Gift during the period of this offer. An individual is only eligible for ONE gift for attending a demo, even if he or she may have participated in multiple campaigns. BILL will, in its sole discretion, determine when an organization has received a Gift Card and determine which individual from an organization has qualified to receive a Gift Card from an organization based on which individual completes the Demo first.
The Gift Card is void where prohibited by law and is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. BILL reserves the right to ask for additional information at any time for purposes of determining eligibility or fraud prevention.
No substitution or transfer of Gift Cards is permitted, except at the sole discretion of BILL. If any portion of a Gift is unavailable, BILL reserves the right to substitute that portion of a Gift with a gift of equal or greater value. This offer is valid only during the Promotion Period, while supplies last.
Each Gift Card recipient will be responsible for paying all costs and expenses related to the use of a Gift Card including, but not limited to, applicable federal, state or local taxes, and any expenses that might reasonably be incurred by the Gift Card recipient in receiving or using the Gift Card. Each Gift Card will be sent "AS IS" and WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, express or implied (including, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose). You agree that BILL’s decisions related to the Promotion and all distribution of Gift Cards are final. Any Gift Card not claimed under these Terms & Conditions may be deemed, in BILL’s sole discretion, to be forfeited and returned to BILL.
If an individual has attended a demo once and has been given a gift card, that individual would not be eligible to receive another gift card.
Information Submitted. You agree that you will answer the Form questions truthfully and completely. By attending the Demo, you grant BILL and its affiliates with an irrevocable, worldwide, perpetual license to use your name and Form responses in any manner and in any medium for its promotional purposes without additional compensation, including posting in a Gift Card recipient list, except where prohibited by law. BILL may be required to disclose the information about each Gift Card recipient to state regulatory authorities. You agree that BILL may send marketing emails to the email address provided.
