Terms and Conditions

1. Promotion Application
   1. The Promotion is applicable to a Customer’s first invoice financed through Bill Invoice Financing. Customers who have previously financed an invoice through Bill Invoice Financing are not eligible for the Promotion.
   2. The Promotion is applicable only to eligible invoices of $10,000 or less. 
2. Promotion Terms
   1. The word “free”, as used in connection with this Promotion, means that eligible customers financing their first invoice through Bill Invoice Financing receive a waiver of the standard 3% per invoice fee on their first invoice financing, subject to repayment in full within two (2) months of disbursement. As explained in Invoice Financing Revolving Credit Agreement, there is no interest if the amount financed is repaid in full within two (2) months of disbursement. 
   2. If the financed invoice subject to the Promotion is not repaid in full within two (2) months of disbursement interest will apply to any outstanding amounts owed at the rate specified in the Invoice Financing Revolving Credit Agreement.
3. Promotion Availability
   1. The Promotion may be changed or revoked without notice and amounts may be withheld in the event of closed accounts and/or suspected fraud.
   2. The Promotion is not available to any customers who financed their first invoice before the initial offering of the Promotion.
   3. The Promotion cannot be applied retroactively and must be accepted at the time of financing the first invoice.
   4. BILL Invoice Financing line of credit is issued by WebBank and offered by Bill.com Capital 3, LLC, an affiliate of BIll.com, LLC.
