How does the Referral Rock program work?
Sign up for our referral program via Referral Rock and share your personal referral link with your network. When your referral becomes a direct BILL customer, you'll both receive a Visa pre-paid gift card via email.
What conditions must my referrals meet in order for me to earn rewards?
Your referrals need to sign up through your personal referral link and become a direct BILL customer. Meaning they subscribe to BILL AP/AR and/or are approved and start spending using BILL Spend & Expense. Signing up for a free trial of BILL AP/AR does not qualify for rewards.
How and when do I get paid?
Once your referral becomes a BILL customer, you will both receive an email from noreply@tangocard.com with instructions to redeem your Visa pre-paid gift card.
Can I self-refer?
No, the referral program is meant for existing customers to refer others who are not already customers of BILL. If you are not a customer yet, you can sign up here.
Where can I find my referral link?
Once you sign up for the referral platform using the form above, you can find your referral link on your Referral Rock dashboard.
How can I check the status of my referrals?
Your Referral Rock dashboard will display the status of your referrals and the rewards you've accumulated.
