During his tenure at PayPal, he spearheaded the transformation of PayPal’s customer experiences to offer greater choice in how customers pay when using PayPal. He also led the strategy and execution of partnerships with key payment networks and financial institutions including Visa, Bank of America, JPMorgan Chase, Citibank, and Capital One. Josh holds an M.B.A. from Stanford University Graduate School of Business and graduated cum laude with a B.A. in Economics and Spanish from Claremont McKenna College.
