BILL Holdings, Inc. and its US subsidiaries, including Bill.com, LLC, DivvyPay, LLC, and Invoice2go, LLC (collectively, "BILL"), do not disclose non-public information about any person in response to a third-party request except as required by law or by valid legal process, such as a search warrant, subpoena, or court order.

How to Serve BILL

Law enforcement agencies, government agencies, and all other third parties seeking non-public information from BILL, or seeking to serve legal process on any BILL entity, must do so through BILL's registered agent:

BILL does not accept legal process or requests for information by email or at any other address. Acceptance of legal process by BILL's registered agent does not waive any objection BILL may have, including lack of jurisdiction, improper service, or the validity or scope of the process.

Upon proper service of valid legal process, BILL will search for and disclose information that is specifically identified in the request, that it is required to disclose, and that it is reasonably able to locate. BILL cannot process requests that are overly broad or vague, or that seek information more readily available from another party.
