President and Chief Financial Officer
John is BILL’s President and Chief Financial Officer and has been with the company since 2014. John brings more than 25 years of strategic finance and business leadership experience across multiple industries to BILL.
He was previously Chief Financial Officer of Exponential Interactive, Inc., a leading global digital media company with 750 employees and operations spanning 26 countries. John’s prior experience includes senior finance leadership roles at high growth companies in the ecommerce, software, and Internet spaces, after starting his career in accounting for a biomedical consulting company.
John has significant leadership experience helping tech companies scale, working closely with the sellside and buyside investment community, and executing transactions including M&A and financing. John led BILL's IPO in 2019.
John currently serves on the Boards of Arcadia, a climate technology company enabling a zero-carbon economy, and Vestwell, a fintech powering savings programs for businesses and individual savers across the country.
John holds a B.S. from St. Mary’s College.
