Admins choose which employees are included, so you can roll out receipt matching on your terms and adjust anytime.
Automatic receipt matching
When a card transaction clears, BILL searches the cardholder's Gmail for a matching emailed receipt using the transaction amount, merchant name, and date. If a match is found, it's attached to the transaction automatically. If one isn't found right away, BILL tries again after the transaction fully clears.
Admin control over who's included
Admins decide which employees participate–and can change that list anytime. Toggle users on or off from the Setup tab.
Enterprise-grade security
BILL uses read-only access with a narrow search scoped to specific transaction criteria. Only relevant receipt data is accessed, and information is handled in accordance with BILL's Privacy Notice.
